Edit, looks like the ump gave the warning in between innings...

That's fucked up. You got to let the other team respond.. It only seems to happen when the Tribe gets it and they're never really able to respond.

Choo got hit by a pitch that clearly got away from the pitcher.

I think you warn the benches AFTER the Tribe retaliates. And then go from there.

A lot of pitches seem to get away from pitchers when Choo is batting. Must be coincidence.

This is the way it used to be. Someone gets hit, the other team comes back and hits one of yours, then the warnings to both teams comes out. It's even. Seems like in the last few years though, they have gone the other way. If someone gets hit, and takes offense to it and benches clear, the warning comes. Retaliation isn't allowed. Pretty dumb to me
