I don't care what fans in Cleveland want. I want a halfway decent backup and thats what McCoy is. Keep him, he knows the system, knows the guys, knows the coaches etc... McCoy crybabies can cry for McCoy after RG3's first INT all they want, if we take RG3, McCoy isn't getting in.

This will probably come off as bias but anyone who has actually watched him play compared to Tannehill and Osweiler will probably agree.

I think after Luck and RGIII the next best quarterback is arguably Nick Foles. Threw for 4300 yards completing 69% of his passes (and he threw a LOT, we were terrible and couldn't run at all). I really think he could drop to the beginning of the 2nd round. I really wouldn't mind using picks 4/22 (or trading down for more picks) to improve the team and then take Foles.

Any speculation right now is just retarded. Teams don't know what there giving up based on him running a 40 yard dash I'm not listening to anything about trading for the number 2 till about the week before the draft

Exactly..don't get cute, having 2 picks in the first 22 is HUGE, why get all tricky and start making crazy trades? Just take what you have and draft well.

Yeah, I think the Redskins front office is unreasonable. They would be the type of team to give up too much to get him. The Browns best hope is that Rams ask for too much, the Redskins panic and go after and get Manning or Flynn prior to the draft.

If the Redskins make the trade, I see the Browns looking to see who wants Kahlil at #4 and trade back. (assuming the Vikings want Blackmon)

The "wildcard" in this is that Shanahan & Jeff Fisher are "buddies" so they know each others needs.

I'm not going to be concerned until the trade is actually made but I think there's a very good chance it happens before the draft.

Have not heard. Just heard the general info that Fox 8 was reporting.

He should take that because if he hits the open market I think he'll be in for a rude awakening regarding his "value." The report said they were "close."

I think that offer is less than what they originally offered but I might be wrong on that.

Last yrs offer was 4 yrs $25 mil I believe. Way to fail Hillis, ya dipshit. That's what happens when you continuously fire your agents.

I don't think it was that high because Gocong's was 3/$16 million and I think Hillis' was less. Heard a lot of bitching about how the Hillis offer was an "insult" because of his value over Gocong's.

Orange and Brown Rpt ‏ @TheOBR Close
Channel 19 reports #PeytonHillis #Browns is close to an incentive laden multi year deal.

I like the "incentive laden" part. Hopefully it will keep his china doll ass on the field.

3 years 10 mil is nothin. I like the signing. Like BR said, hopefully the incentive laden part(if true) keeps him on the field and he works on not caughing the ball up every other game.

Hell, Hillis is on board for a couple mil even at the new offer for just being a fan favorite, no one would put up that much given his fairy approach to the game and fumblitis. He should sign and be happy.
