That's his deal though. He would have to tweak to some extent obviously, but I would be scared hiring a guy who isn't completely sure his offensive philosophies will work in the NFL

His philosophies would stay the same. He's gonna set you up the same way he does in college he just knows that he can't run his qb too often. He's a smart football guy I have no doubt he will succeed in the nfl
