This is the kind of argument you have to turn to when you have no rational argument. No he couldn't have forced the cops to do anything, but he would have completed what was HIS responsibility. And if I see said rapist still using m facilities over the next decade to interact with children, I'd put a stop to that as well. You know, being that there's one witness who told me directly and multiple additional allegations against him. But maybe that's just me....

Really, this isn't a difficult concept. There's a reason everyone is appalled at his behavior, because it lacks common sense and most importantly basic human dignity.
