Pretty clean social media site. As laley stated, im definitely interested to see where this goes. At the very least, it will force facebook to add features.

What can Google+ do that FB can't? Besides the Sparks feature and more detailed groups or "circles" I didn't notice anything. I'll keep it around to see how it develops, but I don't see much use for it.

I gotta admit, Google+ really has potential. I like, as others have stated, how clean and simple it is.

Sparks is awesome. The "mute" feature is awesome (basically, you can mute anything you comment on, so you dont get 324872093567 notifications for wishing someone a fucking happy bday or something.). LOVE the circles and how you can post to only that group of people. Easily the best feature for me so far. The tagging of people is nice, but is that the ONLY way to post to only 1 person? I mean, you cant post on walls unless Im missing something?

The +1 is cool. Same as a "like" but way better ring to it lol. Plus I like being able to plus 1 anything on Google, not just on Google+. Some other really, really nice features. Considering this is still in a "trial" mode, Im really excited to see where it heads. Already has many features better than FB. Honestly, the biggest thing that they are missing is the amount of people. When that picks up and more of my real friends are on it also, I think Ill be on it more than FB.

They do need to make the photos more like FB though. I may be missing how to use it right now, but the ability to have albums and such on FB is one of the biggest draws to the site.

I don't think so. You basically make a post on your own wall and "Share" it with that specific person, and I believe only that person can see that you posted it.

This, as far as I can tell is true. I think the wall is a nice feature though, and they should add it in some sort of way.

Yeah, I got the invite. Are Huddles only for mobile? We cant make one on the actual web? Either way, I dont have a smartphone, so hopefully it works for the iPad. Ill check when I get home later tonight.
