I caught it the other night on AMC. I think I saw the whole movie before, or bits and pieces a few times, I wasn't really sure so I watched it beginning to end. Glad I watched it as I had forgotten a lot of it. (again)

Not sure if any of you remember the original Night of the Living Dead.
The scene in the basement where the infected daughter is scene eating her father and then kills the mother when she comes down to the basement and eats her also.

Blue Velvet (Dennis Hopper) had some messed up scenes if I remember right, it's been a long time since I've seen it.

I saw the movie "Antichrist" with William Dafoe. The movie itself has some awesome scenes and beautiful backround. Then the last 1/3 of the movie happens. Just gross.

Something about the rape scene in the original version that's kinda disturbing, too. Mainly because, afterwards, the demeanor of the gang gives off this temporary, "Whoa...did we really go THIS far?" vibe. Like the raping itself was a pissed-off reaction to her nearly escaping and when it was over, they realized they crossed some moral point of no return.

And then, about 10-15 minutes later, after the girl's parents find out what happened, the mom seduces one of the gang members solely to castrate him with her teeth.

Unfortunately, scattered throughout the film were these inexplicable stupid comedy bits with two bumbling Dukes of Hazzard-style cops trying to accomplish things. Detracted from the disturbing nature of the whole kidnapping/torturing/raping backbone of the movie.
