Yeah, Ricky Dobbs just broke Tebow's single season TD rushing record for QB's...I'd say he is a very good dual threat QB. Better than Masoli in that aspect.

KnightRyder is a fail.

Plus, you cannot even compare Navy's offense to Oregon's at all that guy is a complete joke. Our defensive line is very athletic and they will be the reason why OSU wins the game.

With Small and Carter being out I wonder if OSU will use Posey/Dane and then Ballard/Stoneburner on the field together most of the time. Or possibly packages of Herron/Saine/Pryor together.

With 2 WR's being out, I think you'll see TP run the ball more. He is fully healthy and this is the last game for awhile. I expect to see a bit more creative formations that will get more playmakers on the field since we've got 2 out. I think they'll use Saine in creative ways, more so than they will Stoney.

I had Oregon by 7pts at first, but the more I study what OSU has done with the 3-4 this year, I am starting to feel like they can come up with a very good game plan.

Navy runs a Veer Triple Option

Oregon runs the zone-read

If you can't understand why that makes your comparison of OSU stopping Navy and OSU stopping Oregon ridiculous, well then I just don't know what to tell you.

I believe OSU beat 3 teams in the top 20 and 1 in the top 10.
no they just beat some big ten meat bags that shouldnt even be rated
Does it suck that Mark May's penis is shoved so far up your vagina, and the ESPN "we hate the Big10" suppository shoved so far up your ass that you can't see straight (or think), or do you enjoy it??

are you still mad because mark may chose pitt over osu? or the fact that he realizes that osu is the punch line in the big ten joke of conference.

Wonder what people are going to try and bitch about when OSU leads the nation in BCS appearances and will be 2nd in BCS wins after Jan 1st.

Ahhh, I'd take our success over 90+% of BCS eligible schools. Its a good time to be an OSU fan if you look at it correctly.

If you would listen to the coaches who have coached in both the SEC and Big Ten (Urban Meyer, Nick Saban, Les Miles, I'm sure that that there are more) they say that there is no difference in the top of the Big Ten and the top of the SEC, the difference is in the 2nd division teams where the SEC is much stronger. I would agree with that assessment, top of Big Ten OSU, Penn State, and most years until lately Michigan, have every bit as good of atheletes as anyone in the country, look at the recruiting rankings year after year. OSU gave the Big Ten a black eye that they have never recovered from by the whipping Florida gave them but OSU overall BCS game record is 4-3. Who has played in anymore BCS games and had anymore overall success? If OSU wins this year only one team will have had more BCS success than those terrible God awful discrace of a team Buckeyes that yiou speak of. Is the Big Ten the best conference in the country? Hell no, but they are a long way from the worst and conference strength runs in cycles, the Big Ten will get better and the SEC as is already happening this year will get get weaker. By the way Ohio State 35 Oregon 24

really , if your not playing for the national title the other bcs bowls are what? just bowl games that mean nothing. for example this years rose bowl has as much to with determining the national title as the alamo bowl.if and fore one thing the bcs hasnt been inexcistence that long. FSU with their 14 straight top 5 finishes would have how many bcs appearance if the bcs was around then? and if the strength runs in cycles when was the big ten ever a good conference? in the 70's ? maybe longer ago than that. and as far having as good as athletes as anyone i beg to differ

Great, intelligent comeback when you know your completely wrong. Why don't you check your shit before posting.

OSU will be 1 game behind USC for the most BCS wins next Friday! Like I stated, there are only a handful of teams that wouldn't take OSU's success in BCS games.

you would be correct if they win , but we know that is highly unlikely. but its nice to see the wishful thinking that we see every year at this time from the osu faithful. but really you need to live in the real world and leave fantasy land behind

Highly unlikely? Yeah because the PAC10 is proven how strong they are at the moment. Last time I checked OSU and Oregon both have 10-2 records, won their conference outright, and still have yet to play. OSU has won the last Rose Bowl they played in and has NEVER lost to Oregon. I'd say things are on our side.

Every year? Only the years where OSU has lost do you bring it up, where were you when OSU was going 3-0 in the BCS bowl games.

Your a hater plain and simple, a shitty one at that. You can't even look up information before you start running your CS.

Jan 1st is going to be a good day.
-1st in appearances
-2nd in wins
-1 NC
-Top 5 going into next season.

What next? Are you going to once again state that OSU won't be able to stop Oregon's option since they didn't do to great against Navy's option? LMAO, GTFO.

Lets get a few things straight.....

OSU vs USC was a battle. If you watched any USC games after the win vs Ohio State, you saw they were hurting. Ohio State dinged up alot of there players, and alot of them missed time after that game. I lived in California for all ofthe football seaosn, so USC was always on TV and Pete Carroll was always talking how his team was not healthy after the OSU game.

OSU vs Purude was just aweful. Turnover after Turnover....It was not a good day to be a Buckeye, I really believed the offense was still trying to find its way. Each week we were coming out with a new offense. After that the Buckeyes came out and ran the football. 228 was the lowest rushing total during the next 5 games, and that was against a very good Iowa defense. Oh by the way we rushed for 229 at Penn State.

Oregon has not seen a defense like Ohio State and Ohio State has not seen a offense like Oregons all year. This is going to come down to who makes the big plays. I really can see Oregon busting a big play here and there but I also see the Buckeyes doing the same thing. Saine and Herron have really came into a groove as of lately and have been carrying the load. Tressell will take a shot here and there down the field, and trust me it will be open, it has been all year long. Posey has got behined every defense this year. I will be attending the Rose Bowl and cheering on the Buckeyes to victory.

Go Bucks!!!! Beat the Ducks!!!

Pretty good post. I guess I didn't really consider how dinged up USC was after that game.

At the same time, as I said before in this thread, Ohio St is in for a tough game against Oregon. I'm not sure how well they match up with eachother, which makes this an intriguing matchup

where did usc finsih in the pac ten? and how did the bucks do against them in shoe? and you think you can beat the pac ten champs with your connect the dot offense and slow motion defense. think about it , if the bucks played in the pac ten they wouldnt even finish as high as usc.

That's like saying since OSU lost to Purdue they wouldn't finish as high as Purdue in the Big 10.

So did Purdue finish higher than Ohio State this season?
