2 things you forgot to mention about Steubenville:

1. They are cutting public safety services
2. Strapping Young Lad lives there

Just 2 more reasons why it is the armpit of Ohio.

There is plenty of trash in Salem. But it doesn't even compare to Sebring. There is a pretty large demographic in Salem that Sebring hardly even has a portion of. There are A LOT of people with some serious coin in Salem.

Because they actually have a large building (or field) that will hold the people. Lots of shitty towns have large buildings (or fields, I don't know if they do it inside or outside there).

Youngstown has Stambaugh, Beeghly, and Covelli, but it still sucks ass.
