This is probably correct.

If you say Youngstown, Toledo, Cincy, Cleveland, cities like that--you are literally wrong and this is sort of opinion based. If you want to see what shit looks like you need to take a road trip some day--it's nice out, it'll be a nice drive. The stretch between East Liverpool and Steubenville along the Ohio River is the shittiest place in the state, no contest.
