Now for my thoughts on NBA.

I'll take:

  • Nuggets in Game 7 - then Minny in 6
  • Boston over NYK in 5
  • Cleveland over Indy in 5 (maybe 6)
  • OKC in 5 over whoever they get. I sneaky think Houston comes back and wins in 7.

I’m hitting close to 80 hours a week between teaching and coaching track…mixing in a couple yards to mow for others. This is still a regular site I check when I get a few minutes to sit down or have a break.

Guys, GSW was up 3-1. Now they’re going back to Houston for a game 7 Sunday.

And I’m putting money on them to win…

I went to bed with six minutes left in that Denver - OKC game. But Boston and OKC both blew it last night.

Aaron Gordon has been killing it in these playoffs so far.

Jokic played with most energy and passion I’ve seen out of him

I mean, I know they’re down three players. But they fucked up a lot of things. Every single thing they had to mess up they did.

I know they don’t call the players moving on the free throw attempts, but Nesmith was almost fucking parallel to Siakam as he’s releasing the ball

That was a choke. But tbh, it’s easy to take knowing the season was already over.

Mobley and Garland aren’t coming back this series. Garlands season is likely done barring a trip to the finals.

Warriors score 44 points in first half….and lead by double digits.

Steph Curry’s season may be over

Interesting series. If it’s a true hamstring strain for Curry he can’t be coming back soon.

I’m rooting for the Cavs but an NBA finals game in Madison Square Garden would be fun.

Anyone but the Celtics, and to a lesser degree the Warriors.

I’ve enjoyed the playoffs…teams are playing defense and shots are tough to come by

I like Brunson and Bridges right now, appreciate the Pacers but prefer the Cavs at full strength to find a way

Players are tired

I mean 80-39 at half

Some of these playoff games are just crazy. This is the #1 seed well into the playoffs.

Teams/players should be fined enough to payback their fans who paid outrageous prices for tickets. I know that’s crazy but these blowouts are too often and just don’t make any sense.

Series is over. Especially if Mitchell is hurt.

I’m rooting for the Knicks. I have no idea if they can hang on to beat Boston but I hope so.

I don’t want to count Denver out as they keep winning games they shouldn’t. But today had to suck for them. Could have lead series 3-1, now it’s 2-2 going back to OKC for 2 out of next 3 games.

My ideal situation: Boston vs Indiana, Minnesota vs Denver. But I think we’ll end up with Boston vs OKC in finals.
