Especially considering the Browns have won a week 1 game once since they returned in 1999.  Claiming any game an easy win right now is completely short sighted.

No....but lets not act like this team should be compared to previous Browns teams in terms of potential performance in Week 1.  Nothing wrong with having some confidence!

• @ New England SNF (week 8)
• Pittsburgh MNF (week 10)
• @ Arizona (Thanksgiving NBC)

Also have a few national slot games I assume.

Yeah, but I wouldn't sleep on the Jets. It's not like they've sat on their hands this off season. They've added some nice pieces around Darnold, who I still don't think will be very good. Add to that the fact that the Browns historically piss down their leg, regardless the opponent, in season openers. And yes, I know that the Browns have also added significant talent.

Official schedule being released tomorrow night.

Watched the first 2 episodes of "Making the Browns" on facebook, it's cool to see these behind the scenes footage. Freddie seems like an awesome guy.

Guy I work with has a buddy that works for the Browns who just texted him. All I know is that they start week 1 at home (not sure of opponent) but have also heard what you just posted with the Pats game being at 4pm.

A couple home games now - no indication they will be at night:

Week 10 - Bills

Week 12 - Dolphins

I hope we open week 1 at home at 1pm vs. the Bengals.

No Thanksgiving game either. What loser spends hours making up a fake schedule and trying to make it look like a real one? Who gets off on that?

Adam the Bull said he heard Bengals were starting with a non-AFC north team, buuut it's Adam the Bull so he doesn't exactly have that many sources. Not sure why the NFL tells the teams first so that these leaks happen. They should not tell anyone until it is revealed.

Anyone know when the official schedule comes out? I thought 5:00, but clearly that isn’t it lol.
