Thought I had a 2 and on my 8 guessed wrong again. I was that close to a 54. I chose wrong on both 50/50’s. One I went the more common and other I went with the less likely guess….reversed them both. Passing the daily octordle is always good though.

14 a few days ago. I’ll never beat that short of a correct first guess that also has letters of the others.
I pretty much only get excited about sub-20 now. It’s like golf, once you’ve tasted that sub 80 round, an 81 is a disaster in your head lol.

To me the 2-3-4-5 is a 68 on the golf course and a 286 at the bowling alley……all more impressive than the 1 on wordle which is just luck. The 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 in octordle is a perfect game for all I’m concerned lol, or a 65 golf, 298 bowling

Nice 2nd guess and good 3rd guess
I had 3 options left after my 4th guess and knew I’d guess wrong twice and lose, so I hit the bullet and used 5th guess to guarantee I wouldn’t lose.

It's my go to if I don't hit on any of the first word letters I used. I got lucky with getting 4 letters. My wife was similar to me except she missed all 6 guessing the first letter.
