My wife is onboard with it so I think I'll pick one up this week. I'll just keep the Grilla in the garage and this can have a permanent spot on the patio. I will use this one A LOT more often anyway.

My patio isn’t that big and the 36 inch is fine….but also I rarely cook for 15

I won a Traeger at a work conference so any recommendations from folks here?
It is the tailgater model. I've seasoned it and did some quick burgers on it using the regular pellets.
I already smoke with a Bradley smoker and use that a lot as well.

It’s just a standard pellet smoker?
We did burgers tonight and they were great. About 45 minutes at 275, no flipping. We do chicken drumsticks just about every week. I think 250ish for about an hour and a half. Flip them every 30 minutes and spray with oil.

Yeah. I just used it as a grill last night to see if it worked properly.
I'll try what you did later this week now that we have great weather.

I bought a Blackstone a while ago and finally got it seasoned this weekend. Just made smash burgers. Delicious.

I got one a few months ago, but only done smash burgers and teriyaki. Now that it’s hot I’m sure I’ll use it more.
I use my smoker a lot more, tried out shotgun shells last weekend (meat church) recipe. They were awesome.

Got a pork butt going right now, lol it is 2 years old in the heat freezer, so hopefully it will be fine.
As for ribs, am I in the minority of only liking baby backs? Every time I do St Louis ones I hate the little cartilage stuff on the ends and it ruins it for me.

My Grilla Chimp is showing its age, I’d like to upgrade at some point this year. Not sure what I’ll end up getting.

My pit boss just hit 5 years old and is still working fine but it probably doesn’t have much more time so I will be back in market soon as well
