Just a terrible, terrible game that they need to put behind them.
Baker was AWFUL, defense AWFUL, Hue AWFUL...lost Schobert and another freaking WR Ratley.
Move on
Mixon should have gotten the first down and went down on the one yd line. Leaving too much time for the Steelers. Bengals could have gotten them to use at least a couple time-outs.

Wrong thread?

No doubt about this but the call he was referring to was the blatant false start on Okung that should've had a TD for the Chargers called back.

That missed call was def shitty, however I've seen the "woe is me refs are out to get us" mentality on twitter. In reality, we're getting fucked on ST because we commit penalties. Don't like, stop committing dumb penalties.

No ones doing woe is me. They’re saying the refs have fucked the browns over at least once in each of the last 4 games. It’s just a fact and that fact has absolutely nothing to do with special teams.
Yeah, this call didn't effect the outcome but it still sucked. I do agree, much more than not, with COA's comment about them being undisciplined. My question is, why do the Browns get called on almost EVERY return while the opponent doesn't? There's a block in the back on nearly every return, regardless of team.

Because our special teams coach is a total dipshit and our players on ST aren't good ST players.

yup
One thing that Hue has been able to use as an argument is that "despite how bad the team has been, they have never quit on him." After yesterday, all bets are off. That team flat out quit after giving up that 4th TD. I don't expect them to lay down & quit in Tampa but if they do, Dorsey has a strong argument to go to Haslam and have Hue canned.

We say this like 12x a season. I think we all just need to realize that Hue is going to coach all 16 games this year and then Dorsey will move on in the offseason.

If they get blown out, like yesterday, in the next two games and look like they're tuning Hue out, a change will be made at the bye.
I don’t know, I just don’t see it. Dorsey doesn’t seem like the guy to make that change mid season, especially when just 48 hours ago the browns were being nationally recognized as one of the most surprising teams of the year.
I could be wrong but I’m not expecting a Hue firing. It’ll make me less mad when another week goes by with him still the HC because I’m not expecting it.

Dorsey's probably been chomping at the bit to fire his ass since day 1. Not his guy. Is probably pissed he couldn't get Nagy to mentor Mayfield.

Nagy is taking a bunch of heat this year from Chicago fans. His in-game decision making is very questionable.
Hed be a hell of a lot better than Hue tho

Oh, I'm sure but, from what I've seen, he's made Trubisky look decent and I think Mayfield's going to be a helluva lot better than Trubisky.
