Messed up that Jalen Carter is at the Combine.
Loving all of the drama in Baltiwhore with Lamar, Bateman, etc.
Best for last, Jerome Boger (referee) FINALLY retires. That guy may have been the worst ref ever.
Combine is going.

+1. Can’t care less about football right now but give me all the Baltimore drama. Hope they butcher the Lamar contract, but idk if that’d mean letting him go or giving him a bunch of money to be hurt/suck in the playoffs.
Daniel Jones is really going for it huh? Seeking a contract of >45 million a year.

Also, the Browns have a way to stick it the Rats, a little. The plan is to restructure Watson's contract to free up 20+ million in cap space. If they wait until a certain time in March, the Rats need to either franchise Lamar, or not. If the Browns wait to restructure, the average of the top QB's, for the franchise tag, will be at least an additional $3.5+ million. Not much but every little bit helps. LOL
NFL should try this, but they won't because they're shady...
Sounds like it’ll be Derek Carr to the Saints.
Jets are gonna screw around and end up with Carson Wentz.

Not a stupid move. Probably the best chance to win a division, of all the options.
Titans shopping Derrick Henry
Very interesting to see that the Chiefs aren't going to tag Mahomes backside protection and may let Orlando Brown Jr walk in FA. They have until Monday to put together a deal before legal tampering starts.
Good for New Orleans honestly. Carr is the best QB in that division by a mile.

I may be in the minority but I'd rather pay Carr $33 million over three years, because that's essentially what the contract is, than a ham & egger like Daniel Jones the same money (and he wants $45m/yr). Carr may be older but if Jones gets close to what he's asking, Brian Daboll should be asking for his cut.
Carr sucks. I feel I am the only person who thinks that. He was terrified of getting hit last year. Closer to retirement than winning in the playoffs.
Carr has that chip on the shoulder but always falls a bit short of expectations.
Jets in talks with Aaron Rodgers regarding a trade. In order for Rodgers, who is under contract, to talk to NY, the Packers have to be open to trading him. For Justin, to quote Jim Carrey in "Dumb & Dumber"...."so you're saying there's a chance?"
He’s gonna be a Jet. Joe Douglas is scrambling to save his job after completely blowing the Wilson pick. Rodgers is about the only guy worth hitching your wagon to at this point.

Fun begins..... Rats to put the nonexclusive franchise tag on Mushmouth Lamar. Other teams can negotiate with him. Rats can match any offer or get two 1st's in return. Let's see if the running back who occasionally throws can get that $250 guaranteed he thinks he's worth.

4 year/$160 million with an additional $35 million possible in incentives. Barkley will get the tag.
