I would think he’s gonna be doing some time even with a sweetheart “cooperated with the investigation” plea deal. Not sure of federal sentencing guidelines but $1.2m is a pretty significant number

Reading reddit, ppl seem to think he'll just pain a fine. Sounds like a plea deal, but again I don't know shit about this. Will be interesting to follow.

Didn't Phil Mickelson get a slap on the wrist for some kind of insider trading?
$1.2 of insider training, you’re not doing jail time. Especially if you’re cooperating.
Sounds like he's fucked actually: https://twitter.com/247sports/status/1034915680871763971?s=21

I give this a 1% chance. Feds will make him pay the $1.2M back and a massive fine ($1M+), but they won’t put him in jail. He’s not fighting this, that’s when you get put in prison.

Srs question, who does the $1.2M go back to? The company? Stock holders?

To the SEC. Company/shareholders (usually) don't lose in insider trading cases.
Well he was just released
Had to. Haslem would never stand for defrauding others for financial gain.
Hope he goes to jail or pays a big ass fine. Dumbass.
Damn

Boom.
It continues to shit on the browns, sounds like a woman at Njoku & Higgin's shared apt is saying she was raped there. But not by either of them, a friend that was staying there.....
Well, here's something positive. It sounds like both the Rats & Browns had trades in place for Jarvis Landry and they let him choose what team he wanted to go to.
I needed this, provided a good laugh: https://deadspin.com/why-your-team-sucks-2018-pittsburgh-steelers-1828679746
Anyone watching tonight?
Baker looking good. I like how quick he is to pull the trigger.

Yeah, he looks REALLY good. His numbers were ok but it's the way he's handling himself. Like they said on the broadcast, he's playing like a vet.
Too bad Hue is fixated on saving his own skin because I'd really liked to have seen what Mayfield could do with the 1's earlier in this preseason. Had that happened, I think we could be talking more about him starting.
