I don't hate this signing.
Just signed Mike Moustakas for 4 years.
I like the effort. He’ll play 2nd until Votto sucks too much and then play 1st at some point down the road.
No more Peraza

Will they play him at 3rd when Suarez is not in there?
Saw a rumor the Reds are potentially pursuing Madison "is a girls name" Bumgarner.
Reds pick up Wade Miley for 2/$15m.
Nice to see one team in Ohio making moves that might actually help.
Reds apparently making a push for Lindor.

Yes please and IDGAF about prospects
If he’s going somewhere, then I hope you guys get him.
Reds haven’t announced it yet, but it’s looking like they signed Shogo to a 3 year deal.
Does this make a push for Lindor more likely since they could part with Senzel a little easier?

Possibly
According to Baseball America, the Reds had the worst draft resumé of the decade.

One of the reasons I get ticked when Reds fans don’t care about the current game being played because the 5th draft pick is so much more valuable than the 8th

Opt out after first year kinda sucks.
It’s about this season, I’m not worried about 2021. In 2016 all were worried about getting a great draft pick and will be great by 2020, none of those players really are doing much of it.
More life than last year
Lots of talk of moving Senzel. What do you think? Can we flip him and others for a stud SS?
I got an alert that a 3-team deal that would've sent Lindor to the Dodgers and Seager to the Reds fell through at the last minute. I wonder what prospects would've been included from the Reds? Senzel and ??
Of course the good news couldn't continue without a set back. Suarez injured himself in a pool and needed surgery.
Pecota predicts the Reds win the Central.
