So, what is their plan with reduced sunlight?
Usually it’s March Madness thats gets me through the last few weekends before the Masters. It was weird, but football did the trick this year. It’s finally here. LFG.

Weather looks awful for tomorrow until noonish.

2 tee start and super early starts on the weekend. Basically the west coast schedule. Final round is supposed to be finished by the time for a CBS afternoon NFL game.
Also, helps that it’s a small field.
Top-50 and ties for the Cut. No “within-10-strokes of the leader” this year.
Who’s everyone think has this. Bryce with that drive is going to be hard to beat.
Either Bryson by 8-10 strokes or a nailbiter in which I like:
Took a flier on Westwood and Rose and the obligatory Tiger bet (at the Masters, at least). Fucking so mad I missed Bryson at 40-50/1.
Also like Rahm a lot but not at 10-1. Not sure Rory is ready to get over his troubles here, but maybe no fans is the cure? JT doesn’t seem to have the right game for Augusta (though neither does Brooks and I bet him).
I really like Rory this week. He’s kinda flying under the radar.
Also, really like Xander. Hard to imagine he won’t be there come Sunday.
Bryson will be around the top 15 or so, but not really in the mix. His best finish here is 21st and that was as an amateur.
I want to think Tiger will compete, but his game is so off. And he hasn’t played enough. But then again, a long, wet course will play into his ball striking. Which, he is still the best iron player in the game. So who knows.
Threw in two entries; pick one player out of six tiers based on ranking:
Thomas/Matsuyama/Rose/Day/Fowler/Speith
Rahm/Scott/Kuchar/Watson/Poulter/Michelson
At least 4 have to make the cut etc....
PS --- just happy to be able to watch the Masters without doing taxes at the same time for once. :)

In fairness to Bryson...that was before he was hitting 9-iron into 13/15 and wedges into holes other guys will be using long irons.

True. And it’s really going to benefit him not having patrons. There is soooo much fairway/short rough that gets blocked out by people. Not so much this week. We’ll see, I’m just not overly in love with the pick of him this week.

So, apparently, the "plan for reduced sunlight" because it's being held in November is actually going to be "it will take 9 days to hold a 4-day tournament".posted by justincredible
It's on and it looks pretty nice now. As Bryson hits it 321 with his 3 wood.

Won’t be a problem in 4 days. Not everyone will finish today, but that should be it for weather this week.
Well through 13 holes, I am completely wrong on Tiger.
Pretty spot on about Bryson though.
Can someone get Freddie a moisture wicking shirt tomorrow?
