Man climbs down 19 floors of building to escape fire.  And then about 1:10 into the video, appears ready to jump off 15' high scaffolding into police officers arms.  Cops be like "NO! NO! NO! - walk that way and climb down!"

Sure, climb down almost 200 feet and then just decide "screw it, I'mma risk serious injury jumping the last 15 feet".
