Oh yeah, large group. The whole pig serves 15'ish people. It's $550 for a whole pig. But you literally get everything on the pig. Eyeballs, brain, everything. It's a shit ton of food. Pig brain is probably the grossest thing I've ever tasted BTW. Twas so gross.

At the place in Cincinnati, the head is $75 and needs 3 days advanced notice. We (group of 8) had a bunch of small plates, and split the head as the main course and there was a bit leftover at the end.

I thought that head was your dinner. Now I'm kind of disappointed.

That probably would've killed me.

Dig right in.  The outer crispy layer is fantastic. I have roasted a couple of my lifetime...an all day event, and man do they taste fantastic.

When we do so you just start tearing the meat apart. Pretty simple

It was a one day deal, each restaurant got a certain number of cuts. It was very good, IMO.

I like gyro's.  I saw the commercial and thought I'd ask if anyone has tried one.

Oh yea, it's spelled damn, royalty and dining.   Hope this helps.

Please let us know how the Arby's gyro is. This is important.

There's a place called Frontier here in Chicago that I went to recently where you can buy a whole pig similiar to that above. It was fucking delicious. Really expensive but worth it.

Looks like John Kruk doing a head first slide
