Big HOF pitchers passing on. I have 2nd year cards of both Bob Gibson and Tom Seaver. I have almost every Tom Seaver card...but don’t have the ugly rookie card.

I’m going to start buying all living hof rookie cards of the older guys. I imagine there’s a bump when they pass.

Mays, Aaron, Koufax, Nolan Ryan

$$$$$

Hot: Reggie and Rickey

Affordable and cool though: Yaz, Carlton, Carew,

I think I have rookie cards of 39 HOFers....but also Bonds/McGwire/Sosa/Ortiz/Arod/Manny/Clemens/Schilling/Palmeiro/Sheffield

Picked this up for $10 because I love the new SGC slab. Vintage stuff looks particularly good in the black frame and you can get it at a slight discount compared to PSA.

Might give this card a good run. Should go in the $100-120 range.

Yeah, I love that card. Glad I could find one at a decent price at that grade. Trying to find a lower grade rookie now. I'm hoping to find a PSA 4 in the $200 range.

A big card. That would be good

Going after the 3 big RCs in the 1983 Topps set (Sandberg and Gwynn next) now, with thoughts of adding all HOFs from that year. Love the design and it’s my birth year.

Technically the Strawberry RC is big in this set given the price it fetches. Not sure if I’ll add it or not since he’s not a HOFer.

One of my favorite years. The year I really got into collecting cards. I 100% had all of these cards wrapped in rubber bands. My Gwynn, Boggs in surprisingly good shape considering. Ripken, Henderson, Ryan cards good too. I love the Super Vet cards showing their rookie year card and the current pic.

A traded card? His 84 topps is his regular rookie.

A long time kindergarten teacher at my school was married to a big time sports guy. He passed away about ( years ago…so

Show yesterday she mentioned to me that  he had some old baseball cards. Knowing how he was an he was about 10 years older than me I recommended she let me look at them because I’d guess she was sitting on some good $$$.

Today she brings me in a little Tupperware container with about 30 cards.

Below are the cards lol

Not sure if you tried posting a picture in your post but I'm not seeing anything. I did see the Ryan RC on twitter. Very cool.
