They PURPOSEFULLY destroyed his life:  he lost his job, his money, his house, his reputation. It IS criminal what they did to him.  They did entrap him.  They even then shut down Crossfire Razor, but Strzok interceded and told them to keep the case open despite there being no derogatory evidence. It was a fucking sham, and all the contemporaneous notes prove it.  It was another piece of the coup attempt.  These bastards need to be locked up for life.

Did the bi-partisan Senate intelligence report not influence your outlook on this?

They did entrap him.

No.  Entrapment has a specific legal definition.

Lying to Congress is one thing,  Lying to FISA is another.  But I'm not seeing an actual crime with respect to what was allegedly done to Flynn.

Their task is to seek justice, not manufacture crimes and frame and entrap people, nor to seek to entice people to lie or to seek to have people lose their job as a last resort.  Flynn loses everything, while Comey profiteers off of it and makes millions.  Comey and his gang are rotten motherfuckers.

I'm not a lawyer, but from your post, I'm guessing you're not either.  Entrapment isn't relevant here.  Just because Trump tweets it doesn't make is so.  He's not a lawyer himself.

If the FBI has reasonable intelligence to investigate Russian interference, anybody will assume they are going to press hard.  Flynn lied about his interactions with Russia.  Nothing you or anyone else says can undo that.  If law enforcement believes they have solid evidence against a defendent, it is very reasonable that they may have a discussion on interviewing strategy where they say, "should we get him to lie" (i.e. deny he had anything to do with it)?  That probably happens before every police interview that ever happens.  That is hardly entrapment.

And don't forget that Flynn chose to lie in multiple times.  He then admitted as such in a court of law and pled guilty.

I can't help but smile when days after Trump goes on a Twitter rampage about this, you come on here all fired up with practically the exact same statements.

This did not amount to a coup.  There wasn't entrapment.  Trump needs to focus on this pandemic and the economy.  Not stuff.

Out of curiosity, have you ever taken a position against Trump on something meaningful (i.e. not "well I wish he wouldn't tweet so much")?

Yes.  Sometimes he should just shut up.

As for policy and results, I can’t find fault.

That's amazing.  Most people have probably not met someone in their life they can agree with across the board like that.  Pretty cool you have.  I assume that's the case, otherwise it'd be blind following.  But you seem like a free thinking fellow.

The boxes have been checked:

Economic growth policies

Cutting asinine regulations

Cutting marginal tax rates

Nominating conservatives to the bench

Bolstering the military

Pro all forms of energy

Curbing unfair trade

Standing up for US manufacturing

Taking on illegal immigration

Not sure why it’s so difficult to understand.

Weren't you initially critical of trump and the GOP not being fiscally conservative and pretty much spending out of their asses just like the previous 2 administrations?  What happened?

The federal government spends too much money; there is no question about that.  And, it would be relatively simple to bring spending in line with revenues.  Unfortunately the majority of those in control of the purse strings in DC, past & present, all drink the kool-aid when they get there.

Brandon Van Grack, immoral and unethical prosecutor of the Mueller coup team, is the first to be dismissed.

I disagree with you a lot on here.  But in this case, you were right all along.  I still don't see this as an coup attempt, but you've been on the right side of this one from the beginning.

LOL, Trump right now saying Pulitzer prizes should be taken away for the phony reporting on Russian collusion.  And you know what, he's right!
