I was wondering.  I haven't really looked, but I have seen some anecdotal data that some properties have over 30% people behind.  But I have no idea how many people are only a few payments behind vs. quit paying 12 months ago.

They don't have assets to seize in a judgement, their credit probably already sucks, and so really eviction is the only incentive to pay rent.  Even if you had the money, why pay rent? 

Also, saw where there's $24B in rental assistance available, but it's such a clusterfuck of red tape that only about 10% of the money has been distributed.

It’s also illegal. The Supreme Court stated that it could only be extended by Congress. Biden even admitted to this but knows it will take awhile to get through the courts. It’s all fun and games until once this is up the owner sells and the rents go up

Beyond belief.  9 million job openings and we continue to pay people to sit on their ass and not pay their rent, and at least 1/3rd of the country apparently thinks that's ok. 

Not one demographic in this country is better off under this idiots presidency.  EVERYONE pays more for gas, groceries.

And it's going to end, one way or another, long before the midterm elections.  You can't "buy votes" when you ask for the money back before the election.

Been hilarious watching the Biden admin calling out "fake news" on Covid reporting.  They know it hurts their campaigns.  Almost like the liberal media forgot what their job was and went after ratings instead.

The $1T infrastructure bill is trash, all republicans who voted for it are trash (looking at you Graham), and the $3.5T Budget resolution is really trash. 

That 3.5 trillion coming is the end of this country.  Economy will tank.  Taxes will skyrocket.  

Free college for all, permanent unemployment class will be north of 15% 

I'm hoping Manchin, or some other Dem, will kill the $3.5T in the Senate.  I think Pelosi is putting this forward only because AOC is leading a shakedown, and Pelosi needs those votes to pass the $1.2T.

As for the $1.2T, we've been talking for years about our crumbling infrastructure.  Trump campaigned on it - $2T, I think - pretty hard in 2016 so the idea WAS even more popular than the 19 Repubs that voted for it.

Well, when the new definition is everything is infrastructure, it has nothing to do with roads and bridges. Go look what’s in it, it’s junk.
