This is a problem with many male cats. It can be fixed. You need a new vet unless he has explained the below to you.
If you would like more information type in "male cat urethra problems" If your vet has told you all of this and hopefully more then maybe he has done all he can but it doesn't seem like everything is out on the table.

I was here the entire time Snyds. If i thought was a joke i wouldnt have posted 8 times. The vet that suggested having it put to sleep was very wrong. I am glad you found a place to take the cat. AS I said 5 posts ago, Good Luck!!

Dude, if they found a UTI they have also seen any other problems in his urethra or any crystal problems.

Straight from the mouth of a vet.

My vet is an old dude.Maybe he is not as good as i thought he was.The fact still remains that he still pees all over the place.I am not a vet and i didn't memorize everything that was going on.I am taking him to Belmont county animal shelter on Monday. So I think that is a good thing.
I probably should secong guess the work he has done on my dog.He cut my dogs little balls off and did all the shots.I am going to switch vets.
