I got on their online chat and told them I was moving and going to cancel my service. They gave me a number with a pin to call and that guy lowered my bill back to where it was plus took ten more dollars off. He also waved my moving fee and gave me sunday ticket for free.

I call in annually and follow prompts to the cancelation department, tell them I need to lower my bill or have to cancel service.

They look at ur account, usually offer some monthly discounts for the year.

They offered me to raise my package for a lower rate than last year and I said I would sign 1 year contract if added Sunday ticket with Max.

He agreed, credited my account and threw in showtime free I am for 4 months with non renewal service(meaning I do not have to call in and cancel).

I have NFL package through my computer. Can watch one phone as well, was $125 I think. I then can hook my computer to do my tv and have another game going on my phone if I want. Seems cheaper than Sunday ticket.

Also great for black outs. I turn location settings off, and then can watch the local games. Be great for you Bengal "fans" since you guys can't even sell out playoff games without Kroger buying an entire section.
