Who gives a crap whose dad used to play and son now plays soccer and so on and so forth really who gives a crap??? Who used to live inOrrville and who moved out! All excuses!! Go win with what you have it's Been done before and can be done again! Lets start simple you have a gifted player in Austin Domer so design some plays to get the kid the ball but that won't happen and we know that! We will be small right? Keep other teams off the field by gaining 3.5 yards a play and moving the chains-3.5 yards impossible? Nope! Come on this is the OCC it isn't Ignatius and Mooney! They haven't exactly had any teams advance real far in the playoffs other than Orrville-it's a league with D2 and D3 schools that arent real good. Never have been!
So you're saying if we score more than the other team, we'll win? Noted.
Nice to have you back.
And if you think the staff isn't going to do all they can to get Domer & Owens the ball as much as possible, then you really don't think much of the staff....but I think we're all familiar with your thoughts on that subject.
And the OCC is a D2/3 school, you're exactly right. We're a D-5 school now if you didn't know. I know it's been a while since you left town.
Keep in mind that we seem to always struggle with numbers....we'll never be a program like in Massillon that can run 11 guys on the field and 11 guys off the field.....but in those smaller numbers has always been an abundance of talent. We're down from what we're used to...but our coaches and kids won't use that as an excuse, but that shouldn't prevent us from looking at the situation realistically.
We've got some kids that might surprise us all. Some young kids will get an opportunity.
