Source has confirmed that Brady Hoke has been fired from post as #Michigan's head football coach. Team to be briefed during 3pm meeting

Players have been informed of Brady Hoke's firing. It's official now:
So who is on your wishlist web? Harbaugh said he is out. A name I've seen thrown around on Twitter is David Cutcliffe, which seems intriguing to me.

Why not Rex Ryan for Michigan? I think he could do with with college kids.

Rich Rod also turned a 2 star into this:

I imagine RR had very little to do with the success of the defensive player.

He works with every position group and coach, not just offense.

He's also never won a BCS bowl game.

I seriously hope they get someone in Ann Arbor to come in and right the ship.

That would be intriguing. He's probably maxed out at Duke (being essentially an 8-4 or 9-3 team) and being able to make them better than a punchline should make him a very attractive target for any major college.

It's okay, you don't have to admit you're impressed by the job he's done in Tucson.

I'm sure he does to an extent, but it's the position coaches/coordinators that have the most impact on player development. It is the head coaches job to find the right people to develop the talent.

Harbaugh did not say he was out.

He must have changed that after Ann Arbor.

Can't speak to what he did or didn't do at UM. I can only speak to what I saw at UofA

Regardless of what RR did at Arizona, he was fucking terrible at Michigan.

We do not want that crazy SOB Harbaugh at scUM - he would be a nightmare to deal with over the next 20 yrs. he'd have that program turned around in one season and kicking Urbie's ass in two.

2 for 2 so far. It's the next two that will be difficult.

Jameis....smh. For those that read Bill Simmons, is Jameis entering the Tyson Zone?*

*(The Hypothetical Zone that you would believe absolutely any story that comes out about him)

Saw a couple reports that neither Harbaugh or Butch Jones was interested.

Unfortunately, I may be conceding that my prediction was incorrect on this one. I heard that before Hoke was fired Jim was "spoken" to again and this time he politely decline.

I still have the AD prediction on the table. Time will tell if I've heard right about it.

You've seen reports of speculation. Jim has not spoken about it.

Also, Saban was not coaching Alabama, straight from his mouth. Who is the coach of Alabama again?
