Commute- 10 (home office)
Facilities- 9 (My home office is more badass than any cube or office I've had, save one)
Pay- 5 (Very nice some days, but far too unstable for my liking)
Flexibility- 9 (I pick my hours, but I wish I got up earlier)
Stress- 4 (Unstable pay and all-online interaction can be stressful)
Work- 10 (Love what I do)

I'll rate it a 7.
