Add being surrounded by 30 1800 degree furnaces to that .

8. People are fun to work with. Firm is one of the highest ranked in the world to work for. Happy hours monthly. Just had our annual department meeting, which was at "Swings-n-Things." Competitve salary right out of college where I can realistically be making 6 figures in 6 years (with earning power easily 5 fold if I decide to make a career of it). Company is growing, so that's sort of fun to be apart of. Only thing that makes it lose points is the work is sort of boring. That'll change as the firm moves more towards advisory and farther away from compliance.

Plus I get to work in Cleveland, well really anywhere I want. Whats not to love?

Don't bother right now. They won't be doing any hiring for a while in Canton.

They're hiring a Technician in Faircrest right now that he'd probably qualify for judging by past discussions.

10 on the job
4 on the location

Ill give it a 6, cause location means the world in the business (and to me, personally, getting to a better city/area would be wonderful)

yeah, i have always heard that you had to know someone to get in anyhow. They are all online with the apps now...so they send job invites and i just resubmit my resume. A couple of times they have issued me the test online. I know that i do pretty well on it, but still no luck.

3/4 at the moment. Terrible hours and not paid market value. Looks good on a resume I guess.

Pick6, if you still work in the core audit world, you'll be at a 4 or 5 soon enough.

Heard steel was going to be laying off another 30-60. Smh.

Meanwhile, Republic is hiring because they can't keep up with Timken orders.
