How many years have you worked there? Curious if misloads normally begin to rise in July, August? It's the hottest time of the year and keeping employees more comfortable (not sweating their asses off because of zero air movement) possibly misloads would drop.Classyposter58;1474187 wrote:One. It's terrible, especially on days like this when it's 90 inside the building and doing fast manual labor combines to make it probably the worst thing ever. UPS is just a bad place honestly, an absolute pressure cooker from the top down which results in angry management because they're constantly being harassed by their bosses to increase production with less workers. The result is a bunch of usually grumpy and overwhelmed group of middle and lower management who aren't the friendliest day to day.
