Doesn't matter how likeable she is - if she doesn't put out good music and put on good shows she will quickly be forgotten. We can sit here and criticize Taylor Swift all day, but the fact of the matter is there are hundreds just like her pounding on the doors of record labels every day. Success is so much more than just a pretty face and good voice.

A betting man would probably say Michelle Chamuel is likely to be the bigger star because of Usher. The Voice simply doesn't have the platform to continue to promote - no tour and I'm not even sure about the record deals. There's no problem for the top performers getting a deal, but there's a significant difference in terms of vested interest with what AI was doing.
