Shakira and Usher replace Christina and Cee Lo. After 45 mins I think the show will be just fine.

Were Cee Lo and Christina pushed out or did they just have other commitments?

The four together had great chemistry, but Adam and Blake really kind of carry the show.

Disagree with your last statement.

I think these four, however, will do much better than the previous group.

Obviously the talent carries the show. What I meant was Christina and CeeLo didn't really add any thing. And, actually, CeeLo creepin' on all the girls got really tired.

It'd be kind of a cool "win or go home" thing for the judges, but that's probably not the case.

Yea, Blake and Adam were the coaches that carried the show. I can see it being better with Shakira and Usher. Nobody really liked Christina, and Cee-Lo was kinda just there.

This wasn't like Simon leaving American Idol.

To answer gut, Cee-lo and Christina had other commitments.

Just watched last night's episode. Definitely enjoy this group of judges better. Shakira is waayyyy better than Christina.

I agree. I love the addition of shakira and usher. And of course blake being blake makes the show awesome

Yup. I really like what Usher and Shakira brought to the group last night, and I also think they're a whole lot better than the previous two.

Shakira is pretty good on the show. I just might have to become a fan of hers. Obviously i have heard her music, but this brings it a little closer.

I agree. Usher is pretty conceited, to this point!

I actually think Usher is pretty funny, and he's no more conceited than Adam.

Cee Lo was really a lot like Randy Jackson, just added nothing of substance.

Usher seems kind of like the total package as a coach - I don't know how I'd pick any other over him, unless maybe I was country. I don't have an opinion on Shakira, except she's a considerable upgrade as far as eye candy vs. Christina.

If you were a singer, which artist would you choose? I think I'd go Blake, mostly because he seems drunk a lot and likes whiskey. Previously I would have gone Cee Lo for the lulz he'd bring. His animals were pretty funny.

Blake seems like the most genuine. Plus he's basically won all three seasons. The first season, Dia Frampton, who was probably the most talented on the show so far, only lost cause Bieber told all his teeny boppers to vote for the R&B guy.

I completely agree with this panel being better. Shakira is significantly less "diva" than Christina and Usher is more fun than Cee-Lo. Cee-Lo does kinda have the Randy Jackson thing going. When Usher called Nashville a state, I liked the way he reacted with humor rather than getting defensive. Totally enjoyed it.

Anyone watching? The live shows are finally on. My prediction to win the whole thing is Danielle Bradbery, but it's possible Usher will get the Bieber teeny boppers to vote for Josiah.

I have tonight's on DVR. Some good voices, but no one really stood out to me thru the battle rounds and knockouts. Don't know how Terry McDermott didn't win last year.

She was good, although I think Terry was quite a bit better than her. But she was pretty hot.
