I think the B1G will depend on who can pull off a couple big road wins. I think we'll see IU, UM, and OSU holding serve at home. It should be a great season. Also, I know Thomas is a great scorer, but Craft is the heart and soul of this team, and he's more than capable of shutting down Hulls and Burke.

Should be a lot of fun to watch the B1G this season, and I hope it's success can carry through MM

Gotta give the dude who does the Yahoo Sports CBB blog credit. He picked all 12 games and is perfect through six. Then again, from a lot of the scoring margins, he probably wasn't going out on a limb with too many of time, but still...six of six!

I agree. Im just saying, I dont like OSUs depth over 18 games as much as those 2. Certainly anything can happen.
NilesPacMan;1331299 wrote:Definitely impressed by Minnesota.

Saw an interesting tweet last night from Lunardi (I think), that said it would probably be easier for Minnesota to make the Final Four than to crack the top-4 in the B1G.

Probably very true. You also avoid the B1G in the first few rounds.

He can and probably will shut down Hulls...if they go that route. But if they do, Yogi Ferrell will get into the lane at will and have many assists. Might be smarter to have Craft on him than Hulls, imo.

Plus, if Hulls doesnt score, its not a big deal. Watford had 2 pts last night and they won by 30. IU can afford to have people have bad nights this year. Its very refreshing.

I cant wait for the top 6 (IU, UofM, OSU, MSU, Wisconsin, Minny and maybe Illinois) teams to start playing each other in the B1G. Could see almost nay of those match-ups going ether way. Should be an awesome season.

Yeah, Wisconsin just disgraced the B1G by losing to UVA.
What an awful game at the end.

I shutter at the thought of PSU being the team that the B1G needs to get the 7th win lol.

But, I guess MSU could still come back, OSU is still a damn good team even if I have them penciled in for a loss and BC is terrible...so still a good chance the B1G comes out with at least 7 wins.

Haha I almost cut my head open on the kitchen counter on my way to my computer to type something similar. Well, not really, but I would still have posted something.

Miami has good players.

Watched a decent amount of Wisconsin tonight and even more of Michigan State. Those teams look absolutely LOST offensively.

You rush the court when you beat a #13 who had a loss already?

So far, that distinction belongs to the University of California-Los Angeles.

You do when you are Miami and were coached by Frank Haith for almost 10 years.
