Surprising how fluid Indiana is.....Vitale drilled it though....he said the next 3 minutes were critical and Indiana went nuts with dunk after dunk and won that portion 15-6.

Impressive

He reached around. He was trying to get the ball. That's a good hard foul, not intentional.

Iu got a dunk or layup on 7 straight possessions to end the half. Too easy

Strickland, McDonald, and Bullock were horrible for Carolina in the first half. I don't know if they did anything right.

Carolina is giving up tons of 2nd chance points, their transition defense is non-existent, their shot selection is pathetic, and they're not rebounding. Despite that, they were hanging tough until they completely panicked to end the half. They better be solid in the first 4 minutes of the second half or they're gonna get hammered.

UNC always loves to run.....but their transition defense seems surprised by the fast break offense of Indiana.

To me Indiana was out Carolinan Carolina.

I wonder if that was Bob Knight who turned the lights out? I love the guy, but honestly, I wouldn't put it past him to stoop to that level. Lol.

It only took a 10-0 run for Roy to call a timeout. I'm impressed.

Surprised Roy called a timeout. Like Dean, he seems to think he can take them with him to the next game. Not quite shades of 40 to 12, but a nice run there for the Hoosiers. Hulls is a player.

Should have burned one after the 3 from the top.

You can't beat the #1 team on the road when your experienced players refuse to show up. Bullock hasn't scored, Strickland has made a million mistakes, and McDonald isn't doing much either. I didn't expect Carolina to win this game, but I hoped they would be competitive. Long way to go before they can compete with any of the top teams.

And this is where NOT having PJ really hurts Carolina. He basically willed them back into it against Butler.

Of course, this is IU and not Butler; but still.

I would give Strickland a bit of a pass he did just come off an acl injury.

Nope. He is a senior. A leader. And he isn't stepping up.

McDonald, Strickland, and Bullock have a combined 3 makes and 5 turnovers.

What about when they whipped your team's ass in Cameron last year? They play any that night?

Cody runs soooooooooo well. Tyler was great at getting down the floor, but I think Cody might be even better.

Not hating. Really, I'm not. Maybe a little. But Carolina might be in jeopardy of missing the tournament again this year.

This year will really prove Roy's ability or inability to adapt to teams that don't fit his system. This team just can't run like the others. They tried tonight, and they got burned.

Cody looks a notch above.

This is silly. UNC looks lost on offense and defensive transition. Indiana is putting on a show and the atmosphere is impressive.

Hulls is that gym rat little white guard that never misses.

Well, my picks are pretty horrendous. All blowouts here in the late games. Wake Forest is the college basketball Tennessee. And that might even be kind.

In other news, the Terps just opened a can on Norhtwestern, up 21 now.
Man, the Terps can run. They will give the ACC fits this year.
And Neb looks like they will win tonight, giving the B1G at least a tie for tonight.

3 points in this half after almost 9 minutes. Indiana is good, but they're not THAT good. Carolina has been in a complete panic since about the 16:00 mark of the 1st half.

Wow. I've never seen a team go this cold for this long. UNC can't hit anything right now.
