I never went anywhere...well except for the 5 days I spent in jail for smacking my wife in the face with my penis.

I just don't have much office time anymore, hence less posting time. And I certainly don't have much time when I'm not at work (kids sports/activities).

The things on this site which aren't of value pretty much demonstrate that by having no traffic or activity.

If those threads, which you are beneath you of course, generate activity and interest, then they shouldn't be removed if the owner of the site wishes to do well.

People's subjective opinions on how things "should" be are always trumped by the numbers, and the numbers say that this site would take a significant hit if it restricted the conversation to sports only.
