Replace Weiber with Sacramone and the night would have been capped.
Still, though, redemption is sweet. The '08 squad had its dream of gold taken in a straight up heist.

She's been awful and irritating for so long. She was one of, if not the first women sideline reporters.

What a complete fool. NBC should be embarrassed to be associated with that comedian.dazedconfused;1238299 wrote:andrea might want to work on eliminating the stupid questions.

Chinese and S Korean women's badminton teams charged with throwing matches and generally making a mockery of the grand sport of badminton. As soon as they round up enough people to give a fuck, all hell's gonna break loose. Video in link.

Good strategy that got them booted from the Olympics? http://www.usatoday.com/sports/olympics/london/story/2012-07-31/Badminton-players-charged-with-throwing-matches/56630488/1ccrunner609;1238383 wrote:throwing games or good strategy? I dont see a problem with this...if you have to lose to get a better draw later then there is something wrong with the sport.
We see that here with the NFL games and NBA games were teams dont play to win late in the season or sit all the starters.
I'm glad they've been kicked out. And this is nothing like NFL player sitting starters.

The gymnastics parents in general are very similar to the idiots who enter their toddler daughters in beauty pageants. They should all be gangster slapped into reality several times daily.gorocks99;1238252 wrote:This mom they're showing scares me

I just saw some of the footage from those badminton players, and they all deserve to be kicked out.
the Badminton Federation and IOC made the right choice to get rid of them.

NBA put in the lottery system years ago to make it not a sure thing to get a better pick.ccrunner609;1238383 wrote:throwing games or good strategy? I dont see a problem with this...if you have to lose to get a better draw later then there is something wrong with the sport.

I dont think we see it often in the NFL of teams losing and tanking at the end of the year. Only time ya really see team sit starters at the end is to get the rested and avoid injury for the playoffs.
