For the record, between NBC and NBCSN, your gonna get 275ish hours of live coverage. These Olympics should be the best yet, TV watchig wise. It won't be like last time when swimming and gymnastics took over when the started even if another event was half over.

Of course, you will need to have NBCSN...

It would be better if NBC didn't have them, since they basically stopped trying to cover sports worth a damn about 10 years ago.

The only network that would be better, imo, would be FOX (with their multiple outlets). Not sure they have a single good announcer though. At least NBC has Costas (and Beadle).

I'll be looking forward to Wrestling and Judo.

Summer Olympics just don't have moments like this.

I have a cousin that made the Olympic judo team, but it was when the USA didn't go. 1980, Moscow.

Love the summer Olympics. It really doesn't seem like it has been four years to me at all, though.

I like gymnastics, basketball, track and field, swimming, diving and volleyball but will watch just about whatever is on.

I feel like they invent sports too, just to get more events. For isntance, luge and skeleton. Pretty much the same damn thing except one you are face up, the other you are face down lol. You have your various skiing events, which all pretty much come down to the same thing, make it down in the best time. Not to mention 2 man bobsled and a 4 man bobsled. The dumbest ****ing sport is the marathon skiing. They have the marathon skiing, then they also have the marathon skiing where you stop at checkpoints to shoot targets with a rifle lol.
Hahaha it's called biathlon but I like it. I just think o my god to be that tired and yet be able fire at a target very far away. I think Luge is cool and super intense like that dude who was killed. Speedskating is better than track though, and hockey is the best olympic sport there is. I'm more of a winter sports person myself though

No doubt about it. Most ignorant people think distance running is "gay" to watch.

You are correct. Summer Olympics don't involve hockey.

And I'll probably try to watch more, but who knows if I actually do.

Ryan Lochte and Rex Tullius are both from the same high school in Port Orange, Fl. and both are in the top 8 of the USA for tomorrow's 200m backstroke.
Lochte is already qualified for London in the 400 IM, 200 freestyle and 4x200 free relay. He also races vs. Phelps tomorrow in the 200IM.
