I love how posters are throwing around "he won't last until...." because they think some team is going to give u everything for him. This is all speculation at this point. Adam Shefter was on Browns Radio yesterday and said he could easily see RG3 lasting until the 4th pick.

Fans are calling for Brady's head since "he can't win the big game". I want no part of him now...lol

Fucking chowderheads....

Could be spin but Shanahan gave the impression that he may want to trade DOWN. They are pretty high on Weeden. Of course, Snyder could overrule that.

You're kind of turning into a troll. You need to grow up a bit.

Douchebag transvestite is a better description but I guess "troll" will work. :D

The browns never really had a problem getting free agents here. Money talks. I think we have a great shot to land garçon. I personally don't want to see colt McCoy struggle to throw 30 yards down the field and continue to check down. I want a qb who isn't scared to take a chance down the field and who can take this offense to another level. RgIII is definitely that guy. He has a very strong arm and his speed gives him a big advantage too

Haha.

I don't have a Colt McCoy jersey. I would have no problem if he never played a game for the Browns again. I would have no problem if RG3 was drafted by the Browns (but no trading). I don't understand what anti-Colt guys can't comprehend this. There is no such thing as "colt mccoy nuthuggers". Just because some Browns fans want to upgrade other positions, and see if McCoy can succeed with weapons around him, doesn't mean we think he will succeed or that we are sitting here in our #12 jerseys and praying to the almighty McCoy God.

Since when is being 6'1 considered a midget bitch? LOL

And you are turning into the biggest QQer here. Your years of bitterness has clouded your thought process of making logical decision for the Browns. Yeah a team that has won 14 games in the past three years and only has about 3 players left from kokinis' only draft should really give up 4 to 5 draft picks for a rookie. Sounds like a great move to me! Since it worked out for the giants it surely will work out for the Browns! /sarcasm

On a positive note, I'm happy to see Browns fans turned this thread into the Cleveland Browns scouting combine thread. Nice work guys!

My troll, you mean realist?

Sorry I just don't buy "it's cool guys, H&H will just bring in top free agents and all will be good"

If it happens, great. I would love to see it happen. But I just don't think it will. And to make it even worse, you want this to happen while trading away our top draft picks, lol. Leaving us w/ nothing (but a highly drafted QB) when the FA's don't actually come.

Trading away our draft after the 2007 season sure worked out for us didn't it?

Fa is before the draft so we will know where we stand before the draft

And passing on Roethlisberger for Winslow in your "build the team around the QB" scenario has done us a WORLD of good!

If it's for a franchise QB you're damn right they should.

It's the most important position in all of professional sports.

When you have the opportunity to get one you do whatever you have to to get it.

Last time we went all in like that was Kosar, and it worked out pretty good.

+1 as much as I hated Derek Anderson's shitty decision making and the fact he couldnt throw anything accurately with in 10 feet. At least he took shots down the field and gave us a chance on offense. With McCoy I just see check down after check

It won't change even WITH weapons. The WR has to be COMPLETELY wide open, running in the clear, or he's afraid to pull the trigger. He'll opt for the checkdown.

I have to admit, Luck is a better athlete than I thought. His 40, vertical, and broad jump really surprised me.

Christ.

Well looking at NFL.com seems a lot of the times reported in here weren't accurate. I see 4.6 for Wright, not 4.45 reported in here.

His unofficials were 4.45 and 4.50. He's a horrible starter from the 3-pt stance.

Boom Herron with a 4.68 on his 1st attempt. Yuck.
