If they stay put at 22 and he's still on the board, I think I'd much rather have Cordy Glenn over Adams.Mulva;1094760 wrote:NFL.com has player grades on the combine page. They all seem about right, with one notable exception.
Mike Adams is graded at 54.0. 50-69 is a draftable player grade, round 4-7 stock. Players in the high end of the category might have long-term potential, but clearly 54 is not in the high range.
That seemed unusual.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the rumor is that Washington is offering St Louis their first, next years first and a third.

After reading senior bowl reports, I don't think he's a tackle, even on the right side. He could be an absolute mauler at guard though.BR1986FB;1094821 wrote:If they stay put at 22 and he's still on the board, I think I'd much rather have Cordy Glenn over Adams.

The browns should counter with the firsts this year and a 4th I better deal than Washington cause of the 4th pick

I guess it basically depends on what St Louis thinks Washington will do next year.....that could be a top ten pick again

True honestly I would give up a 3rd rounder instead of a 4th. How many 3rd rounders actually make an impact. About 30%?

Price of that Rams pick went up today with RGIII measuring in the way he did.
His size was one of the main concerns, and that's off the board now.
As I said in the Browns thread, Minnesota holds the key I think on what the Browns would have to pay. If they become a lock to take Kalil (who I think St. Louis really wants) then I think the price gets higher for the Browns to move up as Jeff Fisher is not a draft a WR at #4 kind of guy (Blackmon).
Without Kalil to fall back on, I think they try and go for volume as far as the number of picks they get back, where as if Kalil is there at 4 they might be likely to take a lesser package from the Browns if it means still being able to draft him.

I've actually heard that Washington spoke extensively with Weeden and may actually trade DOWN in the draft.wes_mantooth;1094836 wrote:Not sure if this has been mentioned but the rumor is that Washington is offering St Louis their first, next years first and a third.

Better hope so, because if Snyder really wants rg3, he will get him.

One of the biggest surprises to me was Alshon Jeffrey measuring in at 6'3'' 218. Yes, 218 lbs.

Pretty much, yeah.

I guess Mike Adams is coming back down to earth. Only 19 reps, which already has many questioning his work ethic. Not good for a guy that everybody knows is a character concern.

I really hope so. Prob' better long term for RGiii to go to Washington but personally I'd rather see him in the home uni's at the mistake on the lake.Crimson streak;1094889 wrote:The browns should counter with the firsts this year and a 4th I better deal than Washington cause of the 4th pick

The lag/glitches (whatever) of this website can be frustrating. Try to edit things and end up with duplicate posts.bases_loaded;1095353 wrote:Is rgiii better than Luck is going to be?

To be honest, offensive tackles with their long arms historically don't do well in the bench press. It's the Oompa Loompa guards with their barrel chests and T-Rex arms that typically rip off the reps. I've had recent concerns about Adams but a 19 rep showing on the bench wouldn't be one of them. It's all leverage with that lift.jpake1;1095323 wrote:I guess Mike Adams is coming back down to earth. Only 19 reps, which already has many questioning his work ethic.
