First homegame for the Browns better be an "Opie Bobblehead Night"BR1986FB;1154478 wrote:There's no battle. You take a 28 year old QB with a 1st round pick, HE'S your starter. Case closed.

They get a WR and a RT and this offense, with T-Rich & Weeden is going to open up SO much. Need that WR though.

Heckert has done everything he said he would do and I trust him fully, plz be patient.Mulva;1154480 wrote:So with his first 2 picks of the 2012 draft... Heckert has given up on his 2nd and 3rd round picks from 2010.
Solid job, Tom. That's how you rebuild through the draft right there.

So figuring we suck again since Weeden still won't have much to throw to...does that mean we pass on the OB's next year because we selected grandpa jim in the first this year?

I really wanted Zach Brown or Lavonte David at 37, but I don't see how you can go any way but WR at this point.

With first 2 picks in this draft, Heckert has given up on 2 of the top 3 picks in 2010, not the way to build through the draft.

Do you think if Kendall Wright wasnt taken by Tenn the Browns would have taken him? I really thought they were going to take him or Stephen Hill there at 22, whichever was available. And did they really not think Weeden wouldn't be there at 37? I have no idea who would take him between 23 and 37?

amen dude. i think he is going to be good. who gives a fuck if he is 28. dude will be in the league for ten years. we got our stud rb, our qb, go get another wide out with 37 and a tackle with our 3rd round pick this team is going to score some points.BR1986FB;1154487 wrote:They definitely reached but I'm glad they got him.

We passed missed out on "that guy" in Blackmon, Floyd, and Wright. We better draft a few to make sure we get somebody to throw to.BR1986FB;1154485 wrote:They get a WR and a RT and this offense, with T-Rich & Weeden is going to open up SO much. Need that WR though.
