They said it on the radio. Said x ray site isnt close enough to make it back in time to get loose then play

Possession before USC got away with a blatant travel (at least IMO) and ended up scoring. Other end, no-foul. Probably just the refs sucking actually...saying a make-up call is probably giving them too much credit.
