Burden of proof?

It's a fucking message board not a court room. On a message board all that matters is who the public believes. Since no one believes you its on you to prove it or accept we all think your a liar or find a new message board to post on. I hear some mike Clark guy has a site you might enjoy and it's a major league site

It would be so easy to prove he could circumvent it. As it stands, all he's proven is that he knows how to use HTTP proxies to sign up under new names. Hardly the first user here to do that.

Under, if you know code languages and protocols as well as you say, you'd be aware that C++ isn't the way to circumvent something on the server side. Hell, trying to get in via FTP or SQL poisoning would be the way to go.

If you are as adept at C++ as you say, I may actually have a freelance job for you. Interested? Let me know.

There is no block on his IP address so he doesn't even have to go through all of that to register a new username.

Just as well. No point in banning IPs anymore, as it's a minor inconvenience to have to login to an HTTP proxy to post, and there are a billion of them out there.

These are the only possible things he could do to get around it:

1. Hack into the server and update the code file.
2. Hack into the db and update his user account to remove the usergroup.

That's it. There is with 100% certainty no other way for him to circumvent it. None. And if he could do either of those two things he could completely bring down the site.

Sad to see EW go. I was working on a script where everytime he posted a cop would go to his house and assault him.
