Since the first inning..the Indians have managed a bunt single from Santana and a couple of walks? Really? I hope Acta has the pen ready. Carmona gets no leeway. A baserunner then pull him.

Not that Pestano hasnt been great all year. But why throw him versus a lefty with Sipp and Perez in the pen. I was gone all weekend, did they throw and are unavailable tonight?

We didn't play Saturday. Sipp went an inning yesterday and Perez did not pitch. Pestano has been blowing away all comers..but given the situation and it being the 8th with a rested CP, why not use em up when you are desperate for a win.

Gotta pinch run for him when its the winning run in scoring position. At first I hold off but at 2nd or 3rd..you have to.
