Oh, I'm drinking a Blue Chimay for the first time tonight. It's great, sweetness from the dark fruit really shines. I will buy one next time at Trader Joes ($8 ftw) to age for min a yr and see how it comes out. I saw on Master Pairings that he had a 12 yr old Chimay and I got wood. I want to try that.

I'm in Youngstown for the weekend and found the only place that has a good variety of beer. When I asked if they had Pumking the girl laughed and said I'm not going to find any from Pittsburgh to Toledo. Sounds about right. I just bought a 12er Left Hand variety pack, a bomber, a 4-pack, and some coffee, and it cost me $65.
