Your definition of clown stomped must be different than mine.

Do you still have the same opinion? TCU has held Wisconsin to 13 points and really slowed down the running game after the 1st quarter.

Wisconsin is going to lose unless TCU implodes. Wisconsin had made zero adjustments on defense, and is giving 10 yards or more of cushion to the wide receivers. I have no idea why they think a soft zone defense is going to win this for them. Perhaps they're hoping TCU makes mistakes, but if that's the case, it's not working.

I have gone on a few mini rants to my buddies about that. Absolutely baffles me why they think playing 10 yards off is a good idea. Glad to see someone else is thinking the same thing.

I'm sure they will, the way herbie talks, he always seems negative when talking about the buckeyes or the big ten, yet he went to OSU. I can't stand listening to either of them.

Playing 10 yards off is the worst thing to do, risk getting beat for a deep play and trust your athletic ability instead of letting them nickel and dime there way down the field.

Well, to be fair, there is only one conference who would do any better against the bowl lineup the Big Ten had to face, and if Ohio State can pull off a miracle, 3-5 is respectable. There are no UCFs or East Carolinas on the Big Ten bowl schedule.

Very good point, BUT no excuses you have to show up in the oh so important bowl games...

Tk, if the bucks lose and of course their is that possibility since tressel has had some trouble in big games, this site will definitely get crazy!

I really don't think an OSU win will do anything for how bad the Big Ten looks after today. I mean...the Michigan schools didn't even compete and then PSU lost to a down Florida team. Then Wisky lost to a team that looks really good, but who knows how good they really are...since they can't get their shot at the NC.

I agree. OSU could win in a blowout and it wouldn't change the view of the conference performance this bowl season.

I am a Buckeye fan and have spent my life in Big 10 country, but Gordon Gee looks like a total clown right now that the winner of the Big 10, who the Buckeyes couldn't handle, was just disposed of by a team that schedules "the little sisters of the poor" week in and week out.

This is a completely embarrassing day for the Big 10.

I dont really care how the rest of the Big 10 does. I know I might be in the minority on this one but I dont think its a big deal.

I'm an Ohio State fan, as long as they win I could give a crap with what the rest of the Big 10 does. I HATE Wisconsin, Michigan and Penn State. The rest of the Big 10's performance isnt going to have a negative impact on the Buckeyes as far as recruiting, wins etc... The Big 10 has sucked in the BCS era and it hasnt stopped the Buckeyes from being one of the top 5 programs in the country

It's not an embarrassing day for the Big Ten. They were outperformed by other teams. A little perspective puts things in their proper place.

That's basically my opinion. I rarely root for the other guys in the conference, just because they play in the Big 10. At the end of the day, if Ohio State wins, all is right in the world.
