First of all, it's ALWAYS Massillon first, Massillon/Canton LOL

Secondly, I like this thread, but you have to clarify, do you mean most intense, longest running or most games played?

I would say Toledo St. Johns has more of a rivalry with St. Francis than Central Catholic.

I would say Sandusky vs Fremont belongs as #2.

A lot of great players have played in that rivalry and the two cities even went to war before.

Also the 2nd oldest in Ohio.

A lesser known rivalry that used to be extremely intense (they cancelled the game for a few years because of fights on and off the field, etc.) is Salem vs West Branch. Still a rivalry game, but things have cooled down considerably.

Warren JFK vs. Niles. The rivalry is so great that it prevents the teams from playing each other.

It should be intense first . a long standing game atleast 20 id say . should be not dominated by one team

Anyone around these parts knows Nelsonville-York vs. Trimble is a war. Twelve miles separate the two schools.

Biggest rival is probably Toledo Start or St Johns. Start hasn't been too competitive recently though.
