Hopefully not in Cincy and stupid Reds fans always got so annoyed because the announcers said he was from nearby….what a ridiculous thing to be mad about.

I’ve never not liked him….ill pull for him to be what he’s been the last 5 years but that % of fans don’t deserve him

Well, Pittsburgh's been saying they're going to spend this winter and it seems they've been linked to just about everyone who might be available, so I'm going to give a hard "NO" about him going there because my guess is that their goal will be to say they tried but were the #2 option for everyone good, so here's a few retreads and guys looking for short contracts to prove they still have it.

I’d be happy if we got him but as a reds fan I think we retain Elly sign no one good and trade Greene

Idk how you guys do it. Charlie Goldsmith, who covers the Reds on Twitter said that going after Schwarber was the exception. The reds will be back to 5-10 million to spend this offseason. Meanwhile the Dodgers spend another $69 million alone on Diaz.

Being a Reds fan sucks. Good thing I'm a Jets fan, too.

I could honestly see Schwarber ending up back in Philly just because he fits so well in that lineup and they clearly value what he brings, but I wouldn’t rule out a surprise team either, especially if someone really needs a left-handed power bat and is willing to pay for it. His mix of power, postseason experience, and clubhouse presence makes him one of those guys who can shift a team’s whole identity, so the market should be pretty active. do you think he’s more likely to chase the best contract, or does fit and team culture matter more for a player like him at this stage?
