Penix named the starter the rest of the season

Wow. 3 games left and 1 game back

Doesn’t feel like the right move at all but I’m not seeing it all….but man you’d think you’d trust the veteran with this amount of the season left 🤷🏻‍♂️

Cousins is having a pretty awful stretch. Think 1 TD, 9 INTS over last five games.

I watched a majority of the game last night. He looked awful. Slow and missing a lot of passes. I don’t think the offensive line does him many favors. Best case scenario he squeaks you into the playoffs, lose right away, and next year he’s older and you still don’t know what Penix is capable of.

I think the lesson here is stop investing in old QBs coming off major injuries, like the Jets also did.

Sticking with Cousins THIS LONG is the real issue.

Anytime you can run your franchise based off Madden, you have to do it

The GM reports to the son who reports to Rodgers who demanded they trade for Allen Lazard.

Also, Woody is 77 years old. He has teenage sons?

T's and P's justin. wild shit going on in that building. meanwhile miami is just incompetent. seeing the jets be generationally incompetent means we have at least some upside.

Broncos way tougher schedule. Dolphins might mess things up

Pretty sure the Donkeys go head to head with the Bengals next week. Bengals will beat the Browns and have the Steelers as their only remaining team. If Pittsburgh has their seed locked up, they may sit key players.

Browns have a punchers chance against the Fins as those South Florida guys aren't fond of sub 40 degree temps.

EDIT: Scratch my comments, there are only 3 wildcards, correct? If so, it's likely Baltimore/Pittsburgh, Chargers and Broncos. One of the two latter teams could lose out and give Miami or Cincy a chance but extremely doubtful.

Miami needs Baltimore and/or Denver to lose out while winning every game to have a chance. So i think we can eliminate them from discussion.

Honestly, I think I'm done until Woody is gone. The NFL should investigate and step in and force a sale if this article is true. I do have some doubts, as Russini is a notorious Jets hater, but I also could buy it all so who knows.

Denver has 2 tough games and Miami has zero but they do travel to crappy teams in cold weather so that could get them.

Everyone is leaving out the Colts and their easy schedule

I think the Broncos and Chargers will both remain in and it’ll be pretty anticlimactic for the other few teams.

The bengals might lose Sunday anyways. They struggle against backup QBs. They also played a very bad Titans team and still had four turnovers and 14 penalties.

Browns have pretty much mailed it in. Only reason Garrett's still playing is to get his 100th career sack (at 99.5 currently) and I think he gets some escalator in his contract if he reaches 14 sacks. Hell, shit's gotten so bad here the "bring in Kirk Cousins" talk has started.

Tyreke questionable and Waddle unlikely to play for Dolphins. They aren’t winning if Tyreke doesn’t play

I hope Tank is ok. He was dominant today and that injury was gruesome. Will be relieved to here he has a broken leg and is recovering.

He will be okay eventually. But he’s not at the moment.

Football has kind of sucked a lot so I was just gonna watch Bengals/Browns today and then move on…..but Browns are super tanking hard so no need to watch this either. I mean at least try to hide it.

Feels crooked last few min of Commanders big comeback

Eagles on 2nd down with clock ticking snap ball with 6 seconds left and play ends at 2:07 and Commanders get timeout as WR hits the ground. On 3rd down Pickett throws to a crossing Devonta Smith and a perfect pass for a 1st down and Smith unbelievably misses it…would’ve been a 1st down and down under 2:00. Instead it was a drop and click stop at 2:02. FG and ball back with almost 2 minutes left and 1 timeout

At the end with 10 seconds left on the 10 the RT gets that cheater step back and the refs allowed it. Several tick tack calls on the Eagles.
