No.  Just no.  Use the tech to evaluate, and hold umpires/refs more heavily accountable.  Suspend him, fine him, take away games... but don't let a robot take over.  Just no.

Problem with the "more heavily accountable" idea is the umpire union. They've always been insanely protective of their guys. I mean, the simple fact that Angel and Cowboy Joe are allowed to be on fields says they'll fight tooth and nail to pretend that being a MLB ump equals being better than Jesus and above all criticism.

Did Fri and Sat games and 3 rows off RCF wall both games….Sat had a late delay and when returned sat 3 rows behind dugout and it took me about 5 min to figure out who I was sitting very close to….but it was a clean cut, slightly bulked up, no goatee Mike Leake and his trophy wife. That was pretty cool.

Stadium was rocking a good bit both games but ended poorly.

Easily the most ridiculous and avoidable loss of the season.
