That's why Counsell felt like he needed use Hader for a couple outs in the 8th with a 4 run lead!

And Grandal last night to the tune of "He's benched for the second straight postseason because he's such a liability."

Great base-running by Machado getting around to score the winning run to walk-off in 13 innings, and a great throw by Yelich to try to extend the game, but to no avail.

So, with at least two more games in the series, how many more Brewers will Machado try to take out one way or another?

Maldonado at it again, lets a pitch get away and allows both runners to move up with one out in the first leading to 2 runs for the Red Sox.

I agree, as Betts reached up over the yellow line, which is fair game for fans--and fwiw, he was closing his glove prematurely as well--bad call all around.

Smoltz made a good point about the advantage Miller Park has given Milwaukee. They avoided all the rainouts in the spring their rivals faced and arrived much fresher in the postseason

Bellinger hits a 2 run bomb. Remember that time vball said he’d be in the minors soon? :D

He is so damn talented. So athletic in the field, way faster than most think and he can boogy whip a pitch with the best of them

Go Dodgers in this instance. Boston shouldn't get to have all of the nice things in sports.
